Verified over volume
Every employer and candidate goes through a verification step. Quality of supply and demand matters more than raw numbers.
Transparency by default
Salary ranges, fee structures, deduction schedules, and timelines are visible to all parties at every step. Hidden terms destroy trust.
Outcome aligned
The platform earns only when a hire happens. We have no incentive to place people in the wrong role.
Mobile first
Most users, especially on the candidate side, access the platform on a mobile device. Every flow works cleanly on a small screen.
Dignity in job seeking
Candidates are partners in the process, not inventory. Clear communication, timely updates, and respect for their time are non-negotiable.
How we make money
We charge a single success fee — a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year salary — split between employer and candidate. No listing fees. No subscriptions. No take-it-or-leave-it opaque pricing. The exact rate is published on our Fee Policy page and is read live from our system, so it is always up to date.
Data and privacy
We operate under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). Candidate data is collected with explicit consent, used only for matching and platform operations, and never sold to third parties. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time. Our full Privacy Policy has the detail.
