Create an employer account and complete company registration: legal name, CAC registration number, authorised representative details, and company email domain. You'll submit verification documents and schedule a short verification call with our team.

Build your company profile while you wait

While verification is in progress (typically 1–3 business days), you can set up your employer brand: company description, culture and values, benefits, team photos, and featured roles. A strong profile attracts stronger applicants.

Add credits to your employer wallet by card or bank transfer, processed securely through Paystack. Credits sit in your wallet until you're ready to post — nothing is charged automatically, and there's no subscription or minimum spend.

Post your role and choose a listing tier

Fill in the role details, salary range (mandatory — no "competitive salary" listings), and any screening questions. Then choose a listing tier — each with its own credit price and feature bundle, shown in full before you confirm. Your wallet is debited automatically and the listing goes to moderation.

Salary transparency is a hard requirement. Listings without a salary range cannot be submitted for moderation.

When you're ready, initiate the hire directly on the platform. There's no invoice and nothing further to pay — the listing you already paid for covers the hire itself. Want more visibility first? Add a homepage placement or top-of-search boost to any live listing for a small credit top-up.

Replacement guarantee: If the hire leaves within the replacement window (60 days standard, 90 for senior roles — configurable), you're entitled to a free replacement search through our team.

All candidates go through identity verification and skill assessment. If a material misrepresentation is confirmed after a hire, raise a dispute through the platform and our admin team will review and mediate within 5 business days.
