About the role
Paylink is hiring a Product Manager to own the merchant-facing platform. You will define the roadmap for the tools 8,000+ merchants use every day.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritise the merchant product roadmap
- Run discovery interviews, analyse funnel data, and write clear PRDs
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship every two weeks
- Track KPIs and report to the CEO on product performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in fintech or SaaS
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable requirements
- Comfortable with SQL for ad-hoc analysis
- Excellent written communication in English
